I know ServiceTitan and Zoho intimately, run lean with outside partners, and use AI to cut manual work.

Infinity Home Services

PE-backed group of 25+ exterior home services brands across the US and Canada.
- Lead technology for the group and manage the department, partnering with executive leadership (CEO and Chief Transformation Officer) on architecture and technology investment decisions.
- Own post-acquisition technology integration. Built the canonical data platform that ingests each newly acquired brand’s systems (ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Salesforce, Zoho) into one model, so acquisitions fold onto common tooling instead of running as islands.
- Deep hands-on ServiceTitan and Zoho CRM expertise. Ran a brand’s ServiceTitan integration from inside their office, and lead the team that migrates newly acquired brands onto the standardized CRM.
- Keep the finance ERP in lock-step with the CRM and operational systems so financials and field data stay in sync.
- Designed multi-tenant architecture, APIs, and data models connecting CRM, field operations, and accounting systems across brands, with row-level security and SSO.
- Manage external development and implementation partners, and drove adoption of LLM tooling across the effort to accelerate delivery and cut manual work.

Built and owned the software that ran a growing residential exterior contractor; also carried the controller and marketing functions.
- Built the core operating system from the ground up: custom CRM plus estimating, job movement, customer communications, invoicing, and collections. Ran in production for seven years across three major iterations.
- Those systems supported roughly 3x revenue growth (about $9M to $30M) on nearly flat headcount, keeping overhead from scaling with the business; the brand was recognized as the group’s leanest.
- Moved the business off paper-based processes onto structured systems, and ran the finance function and marketing through the build.
- Built a live inventory system that captured bulk-purchase savings and a commissions engine that replaced a fragile spreadsheet with numbers people could trust.
